Subscription Billing
GeneratorXS plans are billed in advance on the recurring billing cycle shown at checkout unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for your selected plan and any renewal charges until the subscription is canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes cases where the service is used only partially during that period.
If you believe you were charged in error, billed more than once, or experienced a payment issue caused by our systems, contact GeneratorXS promptly through the support options made available in the product.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. When you cancel, your access typically remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise noted.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
Promotions and Exceptions
Free trials, promotional pricing, pilot programs, enterprise contracts, or custom invoicing terms may be governed by separate written terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the specific written agreement controls.
GeneratorXS may issue a courtesy refund, credit, or account adjustment in limited circumstances at its discretion.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect changes in pricing, billing processes, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version becomes effective on the date posted on this page.
